About the Role:

Position: Financial Accountant

Location: Hyderabad, India (Remote with occasional UAE travel)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with UAE-specific regulations.

·       
Month/Year-End Closing:
Manage month-end and year-end processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.

·       
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Oversee invoice processing and payments, ensuring timely and accurate management.

·       
Tax Compliance:
Handle UAE-specific VAT and corporate tax filings, and develop tax-efficient strategies.

·       
Fixed Assets Management:
Maintain and reconcile fixed assets registers.

·       
Process Improvements:
Streamline workflows and implement automation for enhanced efficiency.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

·       
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or CPA/CMA preferred).

·       
Experience:
3-5 years in accounting, with strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE regulations.

Skills:

·       Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel.

·       Expertise in month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, and tax compliance (UAE-specific).

·       Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

·       Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
