Job Summary:

The
Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations)
plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. This position focuses on ensuring the successful design, deployment, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Microsoft D365, particularly across Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and Logistics domains.

As a core team member in Kitopi's ERP transformation, the Functional Consultant works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions, support data migration, optimize business processes, and enable operational efficiency through D365's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage functional implementation efforts across
  Supply Chain
  ,
  Finance
  ,
  Production
  , and
  Logistics
  modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Operations).
• Understand and translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations in alignment with Kitopi's operational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly ERP solutions.
• Configure D365 modules based on functional requirements and best practices; document setups and process flows.
• Support
  data migration
  and
  system integration
  from legacy platforms into Dynamics 365.
• Provide Level 3 support for ERP-related issues and enhancements post-implementation.
• Conduct
  user acceptance testing (UAT)
  , lead end-user
  training sessions
  , and create support documentation.
• Develop use cases, test scripts, and SOPs to ensure accurate business outcomes.
• Monitor system usage, recommend continuous improvements, and participate in rollout of new features and updates.
• Work closely with the food production and supply chain operations to ensure ERP solutions enhance productivity and traceability.
• Align ERP solution design with Kitopi's food production model and regional operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting ERP systems across industries such as food production, logistics, or retail.
• Functional expertise in:
• D365 Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets)
• D365 Supply Chain modules (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Production)
• Strong knowledge of D365 data structures, configuration, workflows, and reporting.
• Familiarity with data migration strategies, testing methodologies, and process documentation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and training delivery skills.
• Microsoft ERP certifications (MB-300, MB-310, MB-320) are a plus.

Recruitment Process and Timeline

First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.
