  2. 8–9+ years of overall experience in Corporate Tax (CT) and Transfer Pricing (TP) within a tax jurisdiction or competitive tax economy.

  4. 4–5+ years of UAE-based experience in Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing at a Manager level or above.

  5. Knowledge and Skills

A. Technical Tax Knowledge

  • Mandatory:
  • UAE Corporate Tax Law
  • OECD Guidelines and Transfer Pricing Principles
  • End-to-end working knowledge of the EMARA Tax Portal
  • Databases:
  • Mandatory: TP Catalyst
  • Preferred / Plus: RoyaltyStat, Orbis, RoyaltyRange, KT-Mine

B. Additional Tax Jurisdiction Knowledge (Preferred)

  • KSA Tax Laws
  • Egyptian Tax Laws
  • Indian Tax Laws
  • EU Tax Laws
  • UK HMRC Tax Provisions
  • US IRS Tax Provisions

C. Technical Competencies

  • Ability to draft detailed tax reports and templates with foresight and precision.
  • Strong analytical skills for in-depth tax assessments and scenario-based solutions.

  • Proven ability to deliver compliant, effective, and commercially practical tax advice.

  • Sector-Specific Knowledge (Preferred)

  • Exposure to or understanding of:

  • Construction
  • General Trading
  • Manufacturing

  • Service Sector

  • Public Speaking and Professional Engagement

  • Active panellist or speaker at Corporate Tax or Transfer Pricing events in the UAE.

  • Client Management Skills

  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Strong relationship management — building rapport and acting as the main point of contact.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate client requirements effectively.

  • Ensures clear communication of client needs within the internal team.

  • Team Management Skills

  • Effective communication and clear delegation of roles and responsibilities.

  • Implementation of maker-checker review mechanisms.
  • Setting realistic and competitive deadlines for team deliverables.

  • Reviewing and quality-checking all outputs prior to client delivery.

  • Business Development & Marketing

  • Collaborate with the BD and Client Retention Teams to identify new opportunities and retain existing clients.

  • Meet or exceed BD and Retention KPIs.

  • Participate in marketing campaigns for new scopes and service lines.

  • Education & Certifications

  • Mandatory: CA / ACCA / CPA / CFA / Lawyer

  • Preferred / Plus:
  • PwC UAE Corporate Tax Diploma
