Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Officer (Sales & Marketing) located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Admission Officer will be responsible for managing international admissions, facilitating communication with prospective students, providing customer service, and assisting in education-related queries. Daily tasks include guiding students through the admission process, maintaining records, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote educational programs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Sales Skills and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in International Admissions and Educational guidance
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in handling administrative tasks and maintaining records
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and adapt to diverse needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Preference for those candidates currently present in the UAE
