Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily heavy truck operations at the client's site.
  • Ensure timely vehicle dispatching, loading, unloading, and trip scheduling in coordination with the transport office.
  • Monitor and manage drivers' attendance, performance, and work discipline on-site.
  • Handle gate pass applications, renewals, and follow-ups with the client's site management.
  • Maintain proper records of truck movements, trip logs, fuel usage, and job completion reports.
  • Liaise between the client, company management, and operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Report any vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or delays promptly to the concerned department.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site-specific requirements at all times.
  • Manage basic administrative tasks such as attendance sheets, daily reports, and document submissions.
  • Support the fleet team in optimizing truck utilization and minimizing idle time.
  • And all other related tasks to accomplish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Site Supervisor/Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English, Hindi, Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
