Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage daily posting schedules across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Content Creation:
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the brand's voice and goals.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce graphics and multimedia content.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and key members of the online community.
  • Organize and manage online events, contests, and campaigns to encourage community participation.
  • Address customer queries and concerns on social media, ensuring a positive brand image.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Experience:
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or digital marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms and working with diverse audiences.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Manager).
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in social media trends, community building, and digital marketing.
