The primary role of a Relationship Manager is to build, manage and nurture strong relationships with local and international channel partners (corporate brokers) to generate a consistent flow of qualified prospects.

Responsibilities related to the role are as follows -

+ To meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner program ( corporate brokers) every month/quarter.

+ To liaise and work closely with channel partners to ensure strong long lasting relationships.

+ Provide orientations of The First Group’s new projects to the channel partners (corporate brokers)

+ To ensure regular product updates to channel partners.

+ To leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement.

What We Require:

+ A history of Sales experience is vital with a minimum of 5 year in real estate sales.

+ To be an expert in networking and have a firm grasp of the real estate market in Dubai

+ Highly self-motivated, career orientated team players with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to their work

+ Strong Communication Skills.

+ Fluent in written and spoken English, with a clear and concise accent

+ Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.

+ Punctual, Courteous and Presentable.
