Arabic Typist Admin Clerk

**Job Description**:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
- Translation of documents from **Arabic to English and vice versa.**:
- Typing of all documents for Government department like Ejari, DED, Ministry of Labour, Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- Well Experienced in UAE Labour and Immigration Processes
- Good typing Skills in English and Arabic.
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic
- 1-2 years’ experience as an Arabic typist either in house or with a typing shop.
- Excellent English language skills, written and verbal
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Strong attention to detail
Requirement
- Diploma in any related degree
- Knowledge in written Arabic
- Must be available for Interview in Dubai
