Sales Coordinator Admin

Job Summary
We are looking for highly skilled sales coordinator cum office admin who has experience in construction or general maintenance industry
*Assist in preparing the sales quotation
- Track and report on key sales metric and targets
- Provide the administrative support to the sales team
- Follow up with customer on Quotation submitted
- Follow up for payment with customers on behalf of sales team
- Track, monitor, and follow up on open/pending orders
- Coordinate with internal teams to compile necessary documentation
- Analyze tender specifications and propose competitive solutions
**Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Provide technical consultation and support to customers
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering or** a related field.
- Proven experience in **technical sales, tender preparation, and quotation management**.
- Excellent **communication and negotiation skills**.
- Ability to **prepare and present technical proposals**.
- Experience in **coordinating shipments and logistics**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM software, and sales tools**.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
**Preferred Experience**:
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in Construction Industry or General Maintenance
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mussafah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
**Experience**:
- construction: 3 years (required)
