**Urgently Needed: Female Purchasing Officer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and source suppliers for materials, products, and services.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers.
- Prepare, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for stock replenishment.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any supply issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Preferably female

- 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Sunday - Thursday
- 2 Days Off (Friday & Saturday)
