**About The Role**

To wrap customer gift selections and provide excellent Customer Service

**Functional Roles and Responsibilities**

o Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with questions and directing them to appropriate department/ individual

o Greet Customer promptly to determine type of wrap required.

o Gift wrap customer purchases

o Place new gift wrap selections on ACdisplay and ensure the maintenance of prototype standards

o Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained

o Maintain supplies and fill in stock as required

**Education/Certification and Continued Education**

o High school qualification

**Years of Experience**

o 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar field

**Knowledge and Skills**

o Team player

o Can work efficiently under pressure

o Highly organized with attention to detail
