Job Summary: As Head Waiter / Supervisor of Al Farah Gourmet, you are responsible for creating a competitive and profitable work environment and obligated to manage sales increase, reduce cost and achieve the goals of the restaurant's business.

Head Waiter / Supervisor of Al Farah Gourmet is responsible for successful implementation and preserving all the company's policies and procedures regarding employment, customer service, quality control, place cleanliness, monetary dealing, marketing, purchases, human resources, management and team training and development.

**Requirements**:

- Arabic Nationality Only
- Male Only
- High Educational Qualification
- Experience minimum 3 years of server and supervisor
- Languages: Arabic (Native) & English (Advanced)

Location: Umm Suqeim 2, Jumeirah, Dubai

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
