- Edit raw video footage to produce engaging and polished videos for marketing, social media, and internal communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for property videos and virtual tours.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver videos within tight deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new editing techniques to continuously improve video quality.
- Maintain and organize video files and assets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
- Excellent understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to provide a sample video demonstrating your skills and style.
