**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable, and monitor timely collections and payments.
- Handle bank reconciliations, expense management, and petty cash control.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including preparation and submission of VAT returns.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for management.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Implement and maintain effective internal financial controls.
- Communicate effectively with Arabic and English-speaking clients regarding financial matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum **2-3 years of accounting experience in the UAE**.
- Proficiency in **both Arabic and English (spoken and written)**.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and UAE VAT laws.
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience working in an accounting/auditing firm.
- Professional certifications plus.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
