As a key member of our sales department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive sales processes. Your responsibilities will include:
1. **Sending Local Inquiries to Local Suppliers**:

- Collaborate with local suppliers to gather information and quotes for automotive products and services.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on inquiries to meet the branch's requirements.

2. **Sending Offers/Quotations Directly to Sales Team**:

- Prepare comprehensive offers and quotations based on the gathered information from local suppliers.
- Send these documents directly to the Sales Team, keeping them informed of all relevant details and pricing.

3. **Preparing and Sending LPO to Local Suppliers**:

- Create accurate Local Purchase Orders (LPO) based on approved quotations.
- Ensure all necessary details are included, and send LPOs promptly to local suppliers for processing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.

*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and sales processes is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
