Job Purpose: We are offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled and proactive qualified paralegal, legal executive, or junior lawyer to join the technology portfolio within the Emirates Group legal team. This role will be reporting to Assistant General Counsel (Technology), supporting our business and IT teams with a range of commercial and legal activities, particularly in drafting and negotiating contracts for technology-focused projects related to acquisition, development, and implementation of complex technology solutions.

**In this role, you will**:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts for diverse technology projects.
- Play an active role in structuring agreements and supporting our business, by providing tactical advice on legal issues impacting the Group’s technology initiatives.
- Identify and clearly communicate legal and operational risks, providing practical advice to mitigate these risks for stakeholders across different departments, including senior management.
- Work closely with key internal teams such as IT, procurement, insurance, finance, business teams to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

**Qualifications & Experience: To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements**:

- Post Graduate Diploma (12+4 or equivalent)
- Qualified in a common law jurisdiction, with a strong academic background and excellent English language skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand and adapt to the broader business and market context in which the Group operates.
- Previous experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team, ideally with exposure to technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sectors.
