Construction Manager

OHDC is seeking to recruit a Construction Manager **( minimum experience of 10 years in UAE)** for our construction projects **in Jebel Dhanna - Western Region.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Manage and mentor the construction team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- **Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction Projects in UAE.**:
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- **Ability to relocate to site location at Jebel Dhanna - Western Region**
