We are currently seeking a motivated Car Salesperson to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization by driving vehicle sales. As a Car Salesperson, your primary responsibilities will include providing detailed information to customers about our vehicles and their features. You will engage with customers in a face-to-face setting, ensuring their needs are understood and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. By building strong customer relationships and leveraging your product knowledge, you will play a crucial role in maximizing vehicle and service plan sales for our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests and matching them to the most appropriate car
Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars and providing the potential customer with detailed information
Build a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future
Maintain a customer database and communicate with them
Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets
Assist with the set up of showroom and promotional displays
**Qualifications**:
2-5 years of Proven work experience as a Car Salesperson or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service and negotiation expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
