**Job Title**: Swimming Pool Construction Supervisor

**Department**: Construction
**Reports To**: Project Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the day-to-day construction activities on-site, including laborers, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
- Oversee the construction process from excavation to final finishes, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and layout designs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and site management to ensure timely delivery and proper use of materials and equipment.
- Monitor work progress and maintain construction schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular quality checks and enforce construction and safety standards.
- Report on work progress, site issues, material usage, and crew performance to the project manager.
- Train and mentor junior crew members and enforce discipline and productivity on-site.
- Address and resolve minor issues and challenges that arise during construction.
- Ensure that safety procedures are followed and PPE is used properly by all workers.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in swimming pool construction.
- Proven experience in a leadership or foreman role on construction sites.
- In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and pool installation procedures.
- Ability to read construction blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments and under various weather conditions.

**Experience**:

- Swimming pool construction: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driver's License (preferred)
