Dubai, United Arab Emirates Q Legal Consultants Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal consultation and expert opinions to clients and internal teams.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and stay updated with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist with litigation strategy, case assessments, and court documentation.
- Advise clients on legal rights, responsibilities, and risks.
- Support due diligence, regulatory compliance, and legal audits.
- Collaborate with attorneys and associates on client cases and firm matters.
- Represent clients in meetings, negotiations, or mediations when required.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) is required; Master’s in Law (LL.M) is an advantage.
- Minimum [3-5] years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm or consultancy role.
- Strong understanding of [general legal practices or specify: corporate law, real estate, etc.].
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Arabic speaker.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
