**Key Responsibilities**

Developing and delivering sales training programs: The sales trainer must design, develop, and implement sales training programs to help sales staff improve their skills, knowledge, and confidence in selling.

Conducting training sessions: The sales trainer must conduct training sessions for new and existing sales staff. They must ensure that the sessions are engaging, interactive, and effective.

Keeping up-to-date with industry developments: The sales trainer must stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry, including changes in products and services, sales techniques, and customer preferences.

Collaborating with other departments: The sales trainer must collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales staff have the knowledge and tools they need to sell products and services effectively.

Conducting facilitation calls to new students as and when required to assist them and take them through the start-up process efficiently and make sure the support services are available to them.

You will also be responsible to audit all kinds of sales reports maintained by the sales team, assigning random leads, add leads in the CRM as and when required.

Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to support the sales team in terms of training, lead generation, and sales promotional ideas. Also, keep a look out for new platforms to register our college there to increase the lead inflow.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field

2+ years of experience in sales and sales support

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze and interpret data

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
