**Salary**: AED 4,000 - 4,500 per month
**Working Hours**: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out, joinery, and civil works
- Read and interpret design drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Prepare and format professional quotations and pricing proposals
- Handle full tender documentation, including POQ and descriptive writing
- Coordinate with suppliers for material pricing and lead times
- Attend client meetings and confidently present proposals and clarifications
- Collaborate with the design and project teams for technical alignment

**Key Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of estimation experience in the **UAE interior fit-out industry**:

- Solid understanding of joinery, civil works, and related material specifications
- Skilled in tender documentation, quotation formatting, and proposal writing
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
