We are hiring Female Indoor Sales Executive having minimum 2-3 years’ of UAE experience in same field who will be responsible Sales, Client Handling & Marketing. The job role is based in Dubai and will report to the Sales Manager.

Job Summary
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities and the potential customers.
- Answering potential customers' enquiries and sending them the quotes over mail and try to get the orders.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain complete updated Quotation log and sales Log on daily basis.
- Coordinating and Tracking the delivery of the orders received with the production team to ensure on timely delivery.
- Follow up with customers for the payments of the orders placed.
- Responsible for documentation requirement of import and export of materials.

Job Requirements
- At least two years of working experience as Sales or Marketing.
- Previous experience in an sales position and from Building Material Industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. English language is a must.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Proficient MS Office skills (including Excel and Word)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
