Landscape Draftsmen

Job Title: Landscape Draftsman

Location: Ajman

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D landscape drawings, including site layouts, planting, hardscape, and irrigation plans
- Collaborate with landscape designers, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and refine design concepts
- Ensure all drawings meet project specifications, local authority regulations, and industry standards
- Revise and update drawings as required based on client feedback or site conditions
- Maintain organized records of all design documents, drawings, and revisions
- Provide drafting support during project execution and coordination on site when necessary

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Landscape Draftsman
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
- Familiarity with Revit/BIM software is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, construction detailing, and technical documentation
- Understanding of local authority regulations and basic MEP coordination related to landscape works
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with a landscape contracting company is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture
- Professional experience in landscaping, construction, or architectural firms
- Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices
- Certifications or training in landscape design, CAD drafting, or a related discipline
