The Cluster HR Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all human resources functions across a group of properties or business units within a defined region or cluster. This role ensures alignment of HR strategies with business goals, supports operational excellence, and fosters a culture of high performance and employee engagement. Additionally, the HR Manager focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Align HR initiatives with business goals across all properties within the cluster.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the overall HR strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment process for all properties in the cluster & collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Identify training needs and implement learning programs for employees.
- Ensure that all HR practices are in compliance with UAE Labor Law and Central Hotels policies.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance and operational excellence. Provide guidance and mentorship to HR Officers or Coordinators at other properties in the cluster.
- Standardize HR procedures and practices across the hotels to promote efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with management to promote employee wellbeing and workplace safety.
- support initiatives related to mental health, wellness programs, and work-life balance.
- Administer payroll for the Hotels in accordance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Arrange well-being strategies that will boost company culture, team morale and employee well-being.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- Minimum **5-7 years** of progressive HR experience, with **at least 2 years** in a managerial role overseeing **multi-property or cluster operations**, preferably in the **hospitality industry**.
- Strong understanding of **UAE labor laws** and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently across multiple hotel properties.
- Proficiency in **HRIS systems**, Microsoft Office Suite, and data-driven HR reporting.

Pay: AED15,000.00 per month
