Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients' business stakeholders to understand their business processes, pain points, and objectives. Conduct a comprehensive business process analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement through ERP implementation.

2. Solution Design: Based on gathered requirements, design ERP solutions that align with industry best practices and client-specific needs. Create functional specifications and documentation to guide the implementation process.

3. Implementation: Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure the successful integration of the ERP software into the clients' existing systems and infrastructure. Lead or participate in end-to-end ERP implementation projects, adhering to timelines and project milestones.

4. Support: Offer post-implementation support, assisting clients in resolving any operational issues and providing guidance on system enhancements and updates.

5. Best Practices and Upgrades: Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP trends, functionalities, and best practices. Provide insights and recommendations for system upgrades and improvements to enhance clients' ERP capabilities.

6. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all ERP configurations, customizations, and project-related activities for reference and future enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, working on end-to-end implementation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and their modules.
- Strong understanding of various business processes across different industries.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Project management capabilities to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to adapt to changing project demands and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites for project-related activities.

ERP experience is a requirement for all applicants.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
