**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all technical aspects of construction projects from design through execution.
- Review and validate engineering designs, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Provide guidance to site teams on construction methods, sequencing, and detailing.
- Ensure quality control by implementing and monitoring technical standards and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify mitigation strategies for technical challenges.
- Manage value engineering exercises to optimize cost without compromising quality or safety.
- Monitor compliance with construction regulations, safety standards, and local authority requirements.
- Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in procurement by evaluating technical aspects of tenders and materials.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural systems, building codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other construction design and project management software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience with large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects is a plus.
