**Job Title**: Restaurant Hostess

**Reports To**: Restaurant Manager / Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet all guests in a professional and friendly manner as they arrive.
- Manage reservations and waiting lists using the booking system or manual logs.
- Escort guests to their assigned tables, provide menus, and introduce the server.
- Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow.
- Monitor dining area for available tables and seating arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand, entrance, and lobby.
- Answer phone calls for bookings, inquiries, or takeaway orders as needed.
- Handle special guest requests or seating preferences with discretion and care.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by following up after seating and assisting when needed.
- Support restaurant promotions or themed events by being informed and communicative.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hostess or customer-facing role in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and poised under pressure.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant layout, menu, and services.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage, especially Arabic and Russian.

Pay: Up to AED2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
