**Requirements**: Proven track record in sales or customer service in any industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient in using real estate databases, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
