Job Summary:

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to amplify brand presence, foster engagement, and generate leads across various social platforms.
- Curate and publish compelling content (including text, imagery, and video) tailored to each platform and target audience.
- Oversee day-to-day social media operations, including content scheduling, community management, and timely response to inquiries and comments.
- Keep abreast of social media trends, tools, and best practices, continuously refining strategies to optimize performance and maintain competitiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overarching marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and KPIs, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to ensure our social media presence remains relevant and impactful.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a Social Media Manager or similar role, showcasing successful social media campaigns and content.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and best practices, coupled with a deep understanding of audience behavior and preferences.
- Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure and track performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities effectively, and meet deadlines.
