Office Cleaner

Clean, vacuum, sweep and mop office floors by using a variety of equipment and supplies
- Wipe down, clean and make sure that stain are removed using appropriate cleaning materials for the following:
a) Tables and Chairs
b) Computers, Scan Centers and Telephones
c) Walls and Ceiling
d) Lights and Ventilation
e) Glass doors and Handles
f) Pantry equipments
- Empty trash cans and ashtrays and make sure that all trash is properly disposed off
- Ensure that the office pantry and equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
- Wash down restrooms and ensure they are sanitized properly
- Replenish soap and toilet paper in bathrooms on a regular basis
- Wipe down walls and doors using appropriate types of cleaners and cloth
- Replace light bulbs and identify maintenance issues
- Move around heavy equipment and furniture for the purpose of storage or rearranging
- Assist drivers/front office in relaying document if drivers have no parking.
- Garbage collection and garbage bin cleaning
- Inform admin if pantry and cleaning supplies are reducing.
- Pantry and cleaning supplies monitoring as well as to refill/replace items when needed
- Watering, cutting and arranging of plants
- Serving of tea to the staff in the morning and afternoon timings
- Scanning, photocopying and filing of documents
- Buy beverages such as coffee and soda when needed.
- Follow the cleaning schedule provided

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
