Drafts Man

**Job Summary**:
The Draftsman is responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on specifications provided by engineers, architects, or designers. This role involves converting concepts and sketches into accurate CAD drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements, technical standards, and applicable codes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD or other drafting software.
- Interpret and convert sketches, specifications, and instructions into precise technical drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to gather and clarify technical requirements.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes.
- Maintain an organized library of drawings, files, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings after project completion.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure accuracy of technical details.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, SolidWorks).
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and construction detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering/architectural plans and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Time management and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Drafting experience in the relevant industry (civil, MEP, architectural, or structural).
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
