Communicate with transporters to move goods from and to Jebel Ali.

Checks and verifies invoices for warehousing and transport, obtain approval from the department manager, and forwards these to Finance for payment.

Plan logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, warehouse providers, and transportation companies.

**Requirements**:
Knowledge of warehousing procedures & inventory management

Knowledge of Dubai Customs documentation (BOE, VCC, BL, DO)

Fluent in English, excellent communication skills, and writing skills.

Excellent Excel skills, managing data and preparing dashboards.

Proactive, motivated, and self-managed.

Gets along with team members and contributes to team growth.

Three years of experience in warehousing or logistics companies in Dubai.

Know how to write reports, memos, and presentations.

Taking minutes of the meeting notes and documenting the training provided.

Experience with, SharePoint, Excel Online

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- 3rd party transport handling: 3 years (preferred)
- 3rd part warehouse handling: 1 year (preferred)
