**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Record Keeping - Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts and perform account reconciliations.

2. Transaction Processing - Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Manage payroll processing and related functions.

3. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.

v 4. Compliance and Auditing - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

5. Data Analysis - Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

6. Process Improvement - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures.

7. Communication - Collaborate with other departments to gather and review financial information.
- Address and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- 1 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry or organization

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Preferred Arabic Speakers.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic & English (preferred)
