**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager with SIRA certification to join our team. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing security measures to ensure the safety and protection of our employees, assets, and facilities.

**What you will be doing**:

- Develop new contract and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with SIRA regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and devise strategies to mitigate potential threats.
- Manage and lead a team of security personnel, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other stakeholders to ensure a swift and effective response to security incidents.
- Monitor and analyze security systems, such as CCTV cameras, access control, and alarms.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with SIRA standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and updates to SIRA regulations.

**What we are looking for**:

- SIRA Certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in security management as a Security Manager or similar role.
- Physical fitness and ability to participate in emergency response activities.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with the latest security technologies and tools.

**Experience**:

- Security Management: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- SIRA Certification (required)
