Position: Factory In-Charge

Department: Joinery

Location: Factory

Key Responsibilities:
Factory Operations Management:
Plan, manage, and oversee all joinery production activities in the factory.

Ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and machinery to meet production deadlines.

Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to meet client specifications.

Conduct inspections at each production stage to minimize defects.

Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor factory staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to safety standards.

Schedule work shifts and allocate tasks to optimize productivity.

Inventory and Resource Management:
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
