**Company Overview**

We are a technology company providing web development and AI-powered digital solutions for restaurants in the UAE. Our services help restaurants establish online ordering systems and modern websites to improve their business operations.

We provide lists of warm leads generated from targeted marketing campaigns. These are restaurants in the UAE that do not currently have websites or ordering systems.

**Position Summary**

We are seeking **remote Sales Representatives** with **fluency in Arabic and English** to connect with restaurant owners, present our solutions, and close sales. Leads will be provided — your primary focus will be converting them into paying customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact and follow up with provided leads (restaurants in the UAE).
- Present and explain our web and AI development services to potential clients.
- Address customer questions and handle objections professionally.
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated.
- Maintain accurate sales records and updates in the CRM system.
- Meet agreed sales targets and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous sales, business development, or customer acquisition experience (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience using CRM tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the UAE restaurant and hospitality market is preferred.

**Compensation Structure**:

- Commission-based role: 10% of company’s net profit from each sale closed.
- Example: Average order value ≈ USD 5,000; average commission ≈ USD 500 per sale.
- Payments are made twice a month: on the 15th and 30th.
- Sales from the 27th to the 12th are paid on the 15th.
- Sales from the 13th to the 26th are paid on the 30th.
- No fixed salary — earnings depend on sales performance.
