We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineering faculty member who is fluent in Arabic to join our team on a part-time basis. The role involves teaching and mentoring students in civil engineering fundamentals, fostering a supportive and interactive learning environment.

**Job Type: Part Time**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching and Instruction**:

- Deliver lectures, lab sessions, and demonstrations on civil engineering principles.
- Prepare, update, and adapt course materials, syllabi, and assessments.

**Student Engagement and Support**:

- Encourage student interaction, collaboration, and active participation.
- Provide academic guidance, career advice, and project assistance as needed.

**Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with faculty members to enhance the curriculum, aligning it with industry standards.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Create and evaluate assessments to measure student progress and outcomes.
- Offer timely feedback and maintain accurate records of student performance.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred; a Bachelor’s degree with industry experience may be considered.

**Experience**: Previous teaching experience in civil engineering or a related discipline.

**Language Skills**: Proficiency in Arabic is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools and technology used in education.
- Current knowledge of trends and standards in civil engineering.
