We are a payment gateway company committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. As we expand, we are looking for a skilled Video Editor with a strong command of English to produce high-quality internal communication materials that engage, inform, and inspire our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging videos for internal use, such as employee training, announcements, ads, corporate updates, and company-wide presentations.
- Content Development: Work closely with the communications team to understand internal messaging goals, crafting video content that communicates effectively and aligns with company culture and values.
- Clear Communication: Ensure clarity in the message, using your strong command of the English language to script, caption, and edit video content, with a focus on tone, grammar, and audience comprehension.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads and team members to produce video content that supports internal initiatives, policies, and engagement strategies.
- Consistency & Branding:Ensure that all internal videos maintain brand consistency, tone, and professional quality, reflecting the company’s mission and vision.
- Multimedia Integration: Incorporate graphics, animations, and sound to enhance video presentations and make complex information more digestible and engaging for employees.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date on best practices in video production for internal communications and employee engagement, ensuring content remains fresh and effective.
- Feedback & Improvement: Actively seek feedback from team members and management to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of internal video content.

**Qualifications**:

- Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a focus on internal communications or corporate video production preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects, along with other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Strong English Skills:Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with the ability to ensure clarity, precision, and the right tone in internal messaging.
- Storytelling Skills:Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, clear, and engaging video content that resonates with an internal audience.
- Detail-Oriented:Keen eye for detail, ensuring that all video content is free of grammatical, typographical, or factual errors.
- Time Management:Ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high production quality.

Preferred:

- Experience creating video content for Ads, Announcements, internal news, or executive communications.
- Familiarity with corporate communication tools and strategies.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and sound design to enhance visual presentations.
