Maxwell Automatic Doors is a 17-year-old company, a leading provider of entrance automation solutions, specializing in automatic doors such as automatic sliding doors, garage doors, rolling shutters, gates, barriers, and access control systems. We are expanding our digital presence and seeking an experienced SEO all-rounder to help grow our online visibility, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our brand presence in both local and international markets.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase website traffic and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Optimize website content, metadata, headings, and internal linking structure.
- Build and manage link-building campaigns and off-page SEO efforts.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to ensure best SEO practices are implemented.
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues (site speed, mobile optimization, structured data, etc.).
- Create and optimize blog content and landing pages for target keywords.
- Provide monthly reports and insights on SEO performance and ROI.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of proven SEO experience (preferably in B2B, manufacturing, or automation industries).
- Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Understanding of Google Ads, Local SEO, and social media marketing is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
