To plan and coordinate administrative activities to ensure an effective management of the department’s operational support requirements.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the General Counsel
- Coordinate requests for information from internal and external stakeholders and provide a professional first point of contact for all enquiries.
- Manage complex and changing diaries, including scheduling, negotiating appointments and meetings and organizing associated and supporting documentation.
- Manage travel arrangements
- Coordinate effective meetings by organizing and collating meeting agendas, providing confidential minute taking and distribution and coordinating follow up actions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Executive Assistant/Secretary: 5 years (required)
