**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person/place.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings/appointments.
- Provide administrative support.
- Assist, Prepare, and Manage documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate effectively with the team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist/Secretary or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
