Job Title: Videographer, Photographer, and Editor

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
**1. Content Creation and Editing**:

- Capture professional-grade photos and videos for events, campaigns, and daily content.
- Edit and produce platform-specific content such as reels, stories, and short videos.
- Repurpose existing materials from past events into engaging new content.
- Ensure all visuals adhere to the brand’s style and tone guidelines.

**2. Social Media Management**:

- Develop and manage a content calendar for timely and consistent postings.
- Incorporate trending styles and strategies to enhance engagement.
- Avoid content style redundancy by keeping up with current trends and adapting creatively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign objectives.

**3. Shoot Planning and Execution**:

- Plan and execute photo and video shoots proactively for upcoming events or campaigns.
- Coordinate with management and team members to ensure all necessary materials are captured.
- Manage technical aspects of shoots, including lighting, composition, and equipment.

**4. Content Organization and Backup**:

- Maintain an organized and accessible library of all visual assets.
- Ensure a secure backup system to prevent data loss.

**5. Performance and Innovation**:

- Monitor social media analytics to assess content performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep content innovative.
- Experiment with creative ideas to continuously enhance content quality.

**6. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with management and team members to meet content and strategic goals.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions for campaigns and events.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in videography, photography, and editing.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their content requirements.
- Versatility in content style with continuous growth based on current trends to avoid redundancy.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing and maintaining content libraries.
- Creative eye for detail in capturing visuals.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during events or shoots, with extended hours compensated through hours offset on another working day set by the manager.
- **Experience in the automotive industry is required** to understand the unique visual dynamics of vehicles and events.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or similar.
- Knowledge of social media analytics to optimize content performance.
- Understanding of branding principles to maintain content consistency.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
