**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Machine Operation**: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC press brake, CNC laser cutting, and CNC pipe bending machines to produce components as per specifications.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished components for accuracy to ensure they meet design and quality standards. Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain precision.
- **Engineering Drawings**: Interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications to execute tasks correctly and efficiently.
- **AutoCAD Proficiency**: Use AutoCAD to interpret or adjust drawings as needed.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment.
- **Documentation**: Accurately record machine operation data, inspection results, and daily production logs.
- **Machine Maintenance**: Conduct periodic inspections and preventive maintenance on CNC machines to ensure smooth operation. Report any major issues to the maintenance team.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC press brake, laser cutting, or pipe bending machines in a manufacturing environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CNC programming and setup, AutoCAD, and precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- **Knowledge of Engineering Drawings**: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to produce high-quality components.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to handle heavy materials, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills to effectively work within a team and coordinate with supervisors.
- **Academic Skills**:Diploma in Mechanical engineering, ITI

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,100.00 per month
