What You'll Do:
Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Develop and implement programs that promote a positive work culture and foster a sense of belonging within the organization.
Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to generate insights and make informed decisions. Monitor HR metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.
What You Need:
HR Expertise: A solid foundation in HR practices, policies, and UAE Labor laws. Previous experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations is highly desirable.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate through complex HR challenges and provide effective solutions.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Tech Savviness: Good Knowledge of Odoo systems and familiarity with analytics tools is an advantage (Power BI).
