As we expand our team, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales team and ensure seamless operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management**: Receive, qualify, and categorize incoming leads from various channels (website, social media, referrals, etc.).
- **Coordination**: Work closely with the Sales Manager and sales team to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on leads.
- **Quotation Preparation**: Prepare accurate and professional quotations for digital services, including website development, social media marketing, and other digital solutions.
- **Client Communication**: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update the CRM system with lead statuses, client information, and sales activities.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on lead status, sales pipeline, and team performance.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
- **Onsite Client Meetings**: Attend meetings with clients at their premises or company offices to discuss project requirements and proposals.
- **Follow-Up on Quotations**: Track and follow up on sent quotations to ensure timely client responses and conversions.
- **WhatsApp Management**: Manage and respond to company WhatsApp messages, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- **After-Sales Coordination**: Coordinate with the project team to ensure deliverables are met and clients are satisfied with the services provided.
- **Payment Follow-Up**: Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- **Client Meetings**: Schedule and manage meetings with clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- **Project Standup Meetings**: Attend project standup meetings with clients and internal project teams to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in preparing quotations and sales documents.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Basic understanding of digital services (websites, social media, SEO, etc.) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- UAE experience is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
