2. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office
3. Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees
4. Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
5. Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
6. Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees
7. Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
8. Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
9. Follow all health and safety regulations
10. Making tea, coffee for guest/employee.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
