**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise all on-site construction activities for high-rise projects, ensuring compliance with project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate daily site operations, including labor force management, subcontractor supervision, and equipment allocation.
- Monitor productivity, work progress, and safety compliance to prevent delays and mitigate risks.
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications; resolve technical issues in coordination with the site engineer.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is carried out to the highest standards.
- Report progress and site issues to project managers and assist in preparing daily and weekly reports.
- Implement and enforce safety and housekeeping protocols across the site.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a General Foreman on high-rise building projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and health & safety regulations.
- Proficient in reading drawings, blueprints, and construction documentation.
- UAE experience preferred; familiarity with Dubai Municipality and DM regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
