We are seeking a compassionate and responsible individual to join our team as an Assistant Nanny in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Assistant Nanny, you will work closely with the primary caregiver to ensure the well-being, safety, and development of the children under your care. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the nurturing and growth of young minds in a supportive and enriching environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Assist in Childcare**: Provide support to the primary caregiver in caring for children, including infants, toddlers, or young children, depending on the family needs.
  • **Supervision**: Monitor children activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Supervise playtime, meal times, nap times, and other daily routines.
  • **Engagement and Interaction**: Engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and educational exercises to stimulate their development and creativity.
  • **Assist with Basic Needs**: Help with feeding, bathing, dressing, and other basic care tasks as needed. Attend to children personal hygiene and ensure a clean and tidy environment.
  • **Transportation**: Accompany children to and from school, extracurricular activities, appointments, or outings as required. Ensure safe transportation and adhere to traffic rules and regulations.
  • **Assistance with Household Tasks**: Provide assistance with light household duties such as tidying up childrens play areas, doing childrens laundry, and preparing simple meals or snacks.
  • **Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians regarding childrens daily activities, progress, and any concerns or special instructions.

**Requirements**

  • Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, or nanny roles preferred.
  • Genuine love for children and a nurturing disposition.
  • Good understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities.
  • Valid drivers license and safe driving record preferred.
