As a** Restaurant Cashier**, you will be responsible in proper registering of transactions through POS system by handling cash/card and operating transactions (physical/electronic) in various modes with no discrepancy. You will accept payments, issue receipts, refunds, and change. You must provide outstanding customer service according to company procedures and standards.

**What you will do**:

- Greet customers in a friendly way and present menu items
- Ensure safety and security on transacting with cash/card at Cash Counters
- Keep the correct track record in registering of transactions in POS (Point of Sale) system
- Collect and process customer payments accurately
- Take and dispatch customers’ orders for dine-in, take-away or delivery
- Communicate order details to the kitchen staff for food preparation
- Inform customers about the special offers and discounts of the store, and upsell additional products when appropriate
- Keep work counters and customer areas clean and organized
- Work as per duty schedule and shift
- Handle customer complaints and endorse them to the manager in charge
- Ensure speed and accuracy in serving food orders
- Comply with the company health and safety policies and procedures
- Work in a team spirit by assisting and supporting colleagues
- Follow Eathos rules, regulations, and standards

**Requirements**:

- You must have two to three years of work experience as a Female Cashier in a food and beverage industry
- You must be trustworthy, high-flier over teamwork and in communication
- You must maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness
- You must have the attention to details and patience for customers
- You must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and fast-paced environment
- You are currently located in the UAE and preferably available to join immediately
